Recognizing this, I decided to create a franchise centric consulting business to service both corporate networks and the vendor companies seeking to supply them. Regardless of the business vertical, this model enables a proven trusted advisor to help franchisors address their brand’s goals by shepherding and managing relationships with forward-functioning technology vendors who above all else stand behind their product. Vendors would benefit in teaming up with a perennial revenue producer and match-maker, who will help better position their product.
